The Southern Belles Dance Company is an All Star competition dance team dedicated to the development and education of the art of dance. Southern Belles provides a positive program for young girls that helps raise their confidence, boost their self esteem, and teaches them life lessons while striving for academic excellence and volunteering at community events.
This year the company participated in several competitions - this included taking home Grand Champion prizes at the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Nationals and the Spirit Celebration Nationals. Our dancers have also had the distinct pleasure of performing at NBA basketball games as the spotlight opening act for the New Orleans Pelicans vs. Utah Jazz, as well as a NBA halftime performance for the San Antonio Spurs vs. Dallas Mavericks.
The Belles have been invited to compete at the 2022 National Dance Team Championships held in Orlando, Florida at Walt Disney World. This competition is operated by Universal Dance Association and ESPN Wide World of Sports. Our dancers will spend five days in Orlando where they will compete and participate in one of the largest and most prestigious competitions in the world. The dancers will also feel the reward of achieving excellence in performing in front of thousands of spectators. We strive to provide our students with the best experiences in our studio in addition to giving them the opportunity to perform around the country.
